Our favorite pleurotus mushrooms served with Greek elements, rich in aromas and nutrients.
10 Pleurotus mushroom fillets of plenty cleaned from the stalk
50 gr Alfa Leone pure grape syrup
25 gr Alfa Leone extra virgin olive oil
100 gr goat cream cheese
150 gr smoked pork meat very well chopped
20 gr rocket
100 gr tomato peeled, seeded and chopped concasse
Clean the mushrooms, cut the stalks and put them in a bowl. Mix in a bowl the pure grape syrup, olive oil, thyme and oregano. Keep 4 tbsp. of the mixture in the refrigerator. Add the rest of the mixture to the mushrooms and put them in a pan. Chop the smoked pork and add it to the mushrooms. Put them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 220 and take them out carefully. Serve them on a plate, put the goat cheese on the tomato and the rocket. Finally, we drizzle the mixture from the pure grape syrup on top.
